In an effort to meet your healthcare needs, telehealth visits with many of our providers are now available.
What is a telehealth visit?
This is a real-time, virtual visit with your provider simply using your existing mobile device or computer, from the comfort of your home, or wherever you may be. Telehealth visits cost the same as in-person visits and are covered by insurance. You will receive a phone call prior to your telehealth appointment to confirm your insurance and collect any copays.
How do I make an appointment?
You can make an appointment by contacting your provider's office directly. If you do not have a primary care provider or you need more immediate care options, then take a few minutes to answer some questions to guide you to the best level of care. Depending on your needs, your provider will determine whether a telehealth visit is right for you. Start your appointment now

What is a Mission Virtual Clinic visit?
A Mission Virtual Clinic consultation costs $35, payable online by any major credit card. It is $35 regardless of the insurance you have, or even if you do not have insurance. The Mission Virtual Clinic (MVC) is open from 7 am-7 pm. If you access the MVC after 7 pm, you will still be allowed to complete the virtual visit; however, you won’t receive a provider response until after 7 am the next day.
My Care Now Video Visits*
If you need care right away for common illnesses, you can schedule a Video Visit with a doctor online between the hours of 7am to 7pm for the same or the next day. You can connect to a video visit by simply using your existing mobile device or computer. What is a My Care Now Video Visit?
Video visits are a real-time interaction with a healthcare provider by video from the comfort and safety of your own home. All major insurances are accepted for a video visit and you are only responsible for your copay amount. Video Visits are risk-free. If you and your doctor decide it’s better that you come to your nearest My Care Now location or need to make an appointment with one of Mission’s primary care providers, the cost of the online visit is credited toward your in-office visit.
