The Mission Health Spine Center brings together an elite team of board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeons who specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and management of all musculoskeletal conditions of the back, neck and spine. Each of our spine surgeons are highly trained and extensively experienced, and use the most advanced treatment modalities to treat all bone, joint, nerve, muscle and tendon disorders of the spine, neck and back, from simple to complex. Our orthopedic spine surgeons work as a team alongside physiatrists, advanced practitioners, referring physicians and physical therapists, and use nonsurgical and less-invasive options first, opting for surgery only if necessary. If conservative options are exhausted, we offer minimally invasive surgical procedures to treat spine conditions and injuries, and work alongside rehabilitation specialists to restore strength and return you to function.

Comprehensive Treatment for Spine Conditions

The cervical spine contains the bones and disks that comprise the neck. The disks are able to move freely, allow you to move your head and neck and act as shock absorbers during activity. The cervical spine can be susceptible to injuries and conditions resulting in pain, numbness and weakness of the arms. If you are suffering from spine conditions, including arthritis, herniated disks or spinal stenosis, that limit your activity, the orthopedic spine experts at the Mission Spine Center offer comprehensive care to reduce your pain and restore function.

We offer a variety of treatments for cervical spine conditions, including:

  • Cervical fractures
  • Cervical stenosis
  • Cervical tumors
  • Herniated disks
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Spinal infection
  • Herniated discs
  • Degenerative disc disease
  • Spondylolisthesis
  • Cervical radiculopathy

Expert Care for Lower-back Injuries and Conditions

The lumbar spine contains the bones, joints and disks that make up your lower back where the spine curves inward toward the abdomen. The lumbar spine helps support your body weight, is extremely flexible and is critical for our mobility, allowing us to move our hips and pelvis while walking and running. The lumbar spine can be susceptible to a variety of injuries and conditions, resulting in lower- back pain or leg pain that causes weakness or numbness. If you have pain or weakness from a lower- back condition, such as arthritis, a herniated disk, scoliosis or degenerative disk disease, we offer the most advanced procedures to return you to function.

We offer a variety of treatments for lower-back injuries and conditions, including:

  • Herniated disks
  • Scoliosis
  • Spinal instability
  • Spondylolisthesis
  • Spondylolysis
  • Joint pain
  • Lumbar radiculopathy
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Sciatica
  • Scoliosis
