Your First Appointment Before Appointment Before your first appointment at Hope Women’s Cancer Center (HWCC), please have your primary care provider send your medical records to our office. Fax: 828-670-8404 Day-Of Appointment: Please arrive 30 minutes early to your appointment to ensure we have all of your correct paperwork completed. X-Ray Film: If you have received an X-ray, CT, MRI or mammogram relating to your problem, you need to bring these films to this initial appointment. Insurance Cardand authorization for this appointment (if required by your insurance) At HWCC, we make every effort to stay on schedule; however due to our commitment to providing the most effective custom care, we cannot always predict the length of each office visit. For each of your visits, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or other fragrances. We ask this as a courtesy to many of our patients who are extremely sensitive to smells due to recent surgeries, chemotherapy, or other conditions. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration.
