Dining & Gift Shops Cafeteria and Vending: The Highlands-Cashiers Hospital Cafeteria is located on the ground floor of the hospital and is open to the public Monday through Friday for breakfast and lunch. A variety of healthy entrees, sandwiches and grab-and-go items are available. Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday: Breakfast: 7:30 – 9:30 am Lunch: 11 am – 1:30 pm Drink and Snack Vending: Drink and snack vending machines are located on the first floor of the hospital near the elevator on acute care. Highlands-Cashiers Hospital Gift Shop: The Highlands Cashiers Hospital Auxiliary Gift Shop is currently closed due to construction and will reopen in spring 2018.
